These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Important limitation: STRIPIT submits removal requests on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee that all data brokers will comply. Response times and compliance rates vary by broker. Results depend on factors outside our control.
To use STRIPIT's services, you must create an account. You agree to:
You may only create an account for yourself and may only submit removal requests for your own personal data. Using STRIPIT to submit removal requests on behalf of others (other than with their explicit written consent) is prohibited.
New paid subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. Providing valid payment information is required to start a trial.
STRIPIT offers the following paid subscription tiers, billed monthly:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. By providing payment information, you authorize STRIPIT to charge your payment method at the then-current rate. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.

The STRIPIT platform, including its software, design, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and all other content, is owned by STRIPIT INC. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any personal data you provide to us. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your data solely to provide the services described in these Terms.
THE STRIPIT SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:

AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO STRIPIT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STRIPIT INC. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any content you provide through the service.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 8, and 9) will survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
